PETERBOROUGH- One person has been charged for committing an indecent act on Rice Lake in the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan.
Peterborough County OPP responded to a report of an individual exposing themself and conducting an indecent act on a boat in view of two female youths on Rice Lake on August 4, 2023, shortly after 4:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers were provided with a description of the suspect and their boat.
56-year-old Blaine Muro of Orno has been charged with Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16 Years of Age.
