KAWARTHA LAKES-One person was taken to hospital after a vehicle smaller into a house overnight on Peace Road.
Details are scarce but Deputy Fire Chief Mike Matthews said crews responded to the crash between Settlers and Lilac Road around midnight. According to Matthews, one person had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken to hospital. The extent of the injuries is unknown.
The home was damaged but there’s no word on how significant the damages are or dollar amount.
