Kawartha Lakes Police Asking Public To Be On The Lookout For Truck Involved In Pursuits With Multiple Police Agencies

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Kawartha Lakes Police Service is asking that the public be aware of an older model GMC Canyon, Black with a black tonneau cover bearing Ontario Licence number BE38852.

Police say the truck will have damage to the front end and is believed to be in the Lindsay area. **IF SEEN DO NOT APPROACH AND CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY**

Earlier today the truck and driver were involved in an altercation with Port Hope PS and it has been involved in several pursuits with other police agencies earlier this week.
There’s been a heavy police presence on Devan Court with multiple OPP vehicles and two helicopters circling overhead. The OPP would not confirm if this is related or say why officers are in that area.
