KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP officers were called to a single vehicle collision in the ditch on Frank Hill Road on Monday at approx 7:30am.
Police say the 29 year old male driver was arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired – alcohol and drugs. He also received a 90 day licence suspension & 7 day vehicle impound.
