Peterborough Police Advise Public Of Report Of “Suspicious Person” In Jackson’s Park

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Peterborough Police Service is making the public aware after receiving a report of a suspicious person in Jackson’s Park early Wednesday evening.

At approximately 6:15pm on June 21, 2023, officers were called about a suspicious man in the park watching children swimming.  Officers attended the area but did not find anyone matching the description given to police.

The man was described to police as:

  • White male
  • Approximately 40 years old
  • Medium build
  • Bald
  • Wearing grey t-shirt, black shorts, and sunglasses
