KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police were called to a Kent Street West parking lot to assist paramedics with a driver who was in distress on June 6 at approximately 6:30pm.
Police say while speaking with the driver, the officer observed signs of impairment and entered into an impaired driving investigation. As a result of the investigation, 61-year-old Lindsay woman has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.Â
No name was released.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on July 13, 2023.Â
