KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male person wanted for numerous Firearms offences.
Salil Islam was convicted of Careless Storage of a Firearm x2, Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm x2, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose x2, Possession of a Loaded Prohibted or Restricted Firearm x2, Unauthorised Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm x2 and Carrying a Concealed Weapon x2.
He is described as a South Asian male, 21 years old, 5’10 (178cm), 130 lbs ( 059kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He has a Tattoo on his Right forearm, “LOYALTY NEVER CHANGES”.
The offender is known to frequent the Durham and Toronto areas.Â
