PETERBOROUGH- An officer with Peterborough County OPP conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at approximately 7:30 pm on May 13th. The officer spoke with the driver and determined him to be under the influence of alcohol according to police.
43-year-old Adam McIntosh of no fixed address, has been charged with Operation while impaired-alcohol, Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus, Take motor vehicle without consent, Fail to comply with Probation Order and Operation while Prohibited.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on June 20, 2023.
