PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough Police continue to search for a 34-year-old Barrie man wanted in connection with a homicide in Peterborough on July 2, 2022.
34-year-old Eduardo Tito Silva is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with the homicide of Shawn Singh of Peterborough.
Just after 2:00pm on Saturday July 2, 2022, Peterborough Police were called to the Park Street North and Sherbrooke Street area after reports that a person had been shot.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim and administered CPR before they were taken Peterborough Regional Health Centre. The 37-year-old man succumbed to the injuries received in the shooting in hospital.
Silva is considered dangerous. Do not approach him and call law enforcement immediately.
