Woodville Resident Charged After Suspected Fentanyl And Cocaine Seized In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 39-year-old Woodville resident is facing charges after a call from a concerned resident.

On Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at 9:26AM the Kawartha Lakes Police received a call about a driver asleep in a vehicle in a parking lot on William Street South in Lindsay.  Upon arrival officers say they located a male passed out in the driver’s seat of the running vehicle. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of drugs, suspected to be methamphetamine, fentanyl and cocaine according to police.

39-year-old Rickey Patrick of Woodville has been charged with possession of a schedule I substance X3.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on February 16, 2023.
