Peterborough Police Investigating Theft Of $200,000 In Construction Tools

PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough Police officers are investigating after a number of tools were reported stolen from a construction site on Tuesday morning.

Officers were made aware of a theft that had happened sometime between 5:30pm on Monday, December 5, 2022 and 6:00am Tuesday, December 6, 2022.  Officers learned that about $200,000 in construction equipment had been taken from a locked container and several manholes at a construction site in the Lily Lake Road and Fairbairn Avenue area.
