FOUND SAFE:Amber Alert Issued For 2-Year-Old Girl Last Seen In Toronto

UPDATE:The child has been located safe and is with Toronto Police.

KAWARTHA LAKES-An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old girl from the Toronto area.

Police say Alicia Choy was allegedly taken by her father at 4 pm from 481 Keele Street. 41-year-old Logan Anthony Choy is  5’3” with a slim build, short black hair, no teeth, grey/black beard. He was wearing black jacket, multi-colored sweater, blue jeans, orange backpack with a black stroller.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
