KAWARTHA LAKES-One person following a physical altercation in the Bancroft area.
On November 1, 2022, shortly before 9:00 p.m., officers were called to a residence on Peterson Road the Township of Hastings Highlands for a disturbance. Police say officers responded to the area where the investigation resulted in police arresting one adult.
Jonathan Davis a 44 year old of the Municipality of Highlands East has been charged with the criminal offences of:
- Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Utter threat
The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario on November 3, 2022 in relation to the criminal charges.
