Local Real Estate Brokerage Launches New Name, Adds Seniors Specialist Services

KAWARTHA LAKES-The population of the City of Kawartha Lakes and County Of Haliburton as a whole is aging according to City officials.

Seniors (65+ years of age) make up 26.8% of the combined permanent population of the City and County, higher than the senior population of Ontario.

To address that need local real estate expert Brad Bird launched a new Seniors Real Estate Specialist service along with a new company name. It provides seniors with help organizing a downsize, packing and unpacking, organizing the move and more. Find out more in the video below.
