PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough Police is investigating after a serious multi-vehicle collision with multiple injuries.
Witnesses say at least six vehicles are involved.
Police say Lansdowne Street from Locke Street to Ashburnham Drive in Peterborough is closed as a result and there is no access to Lansdowne Street from Sherburne Street or Edward Street.
River Road South traffic is being diverted eastbound on Sydenham Road.
It’s expected the road will be closed for several hours while the Peterborough Police Service Traffic Reconstruction team investigates.
