KAWARTHA LAKES-Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP arrested and charged a driver after receiving a traffic complaint.
Shortly before 7:00 p.m. on January 16, 2022 officers responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 35 in OPS Township. The vehicle was located and the driver was charged.
Wade Gahagan, 46 years-of-age, of Lindsay has been charged with:
· Operation while impaired – alcohol
· Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on February 10, 2022.
