Police Searching For Pick-Up Truck Stolen While On A Test-Drive

KAWARTHA LAKES-Police are on the hunt for a vehicle that has been taken out on an extra-long test-drive.

Police say on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 6:42pm the Kawartha Lakes Police responded to a local car dealership for a stolen vehicle report.  It is reported a male party attended the dealership to take a vehicle for a test drive.  The male went through the required process and was given a route to travel. He took the vehicle for a test drive and failed to return according to police.  The vehicle is described as a, 2021, black, Ford Ranger Supercrew pick-up truck with Ontario dealer plate “201 DRR”.
