65-Year-Old Janetville Man Facing Charges After Disturbance On Sussex Street In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 65-year-old Janetville man is facing charges after a disturbance call at Sussex Street South on Thursday.

Police say on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 12:51pm the Kawartha Lakes Police responded to a disturbance call at a Sussex Street South address.  Officers attended and located an allegedly intoxicated male outside of the address. Officers conducted an investigation and the male was placed under arrest.

65-year-old James Graham of Janetville has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, causing a disturbance and one charge in contravention of the Liquor License Act.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on February 17, 2022.
