Charges Laid After Report Of Possible Impaired Driver On Riverside Drive

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 69-year-old OPS Township man is facing an impaired driving charge after a call from a concerned citizen.

Police say On January 1, 2022 at 6:41pm Kawartha Lakes Police received a report of a possible impaired driver. Police located the alleged vehicle on Riverside Drive in Lindsay, while speaking with the driver the officer determined the driver was impaired and placed him under arrest according to police.

69-year-old Larry Greves is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle – alcohol and drugs.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on February 10, 2022.
