KAWARTHA LAKES-In the past year the Five Counties Children’s Centre has served 4,430 local children and their families. Five Counties Children’s Centre has been supporting children and youth with physical, developmental and communications needs for more than 45 years.
Now you can help them help others. Join Five Counties and the Lindsay Creative Quilters’ Guild at their online auction October 22 – October 29, 2021 where Every Bid Helps a Kid.
Looking for the perfect gift for the upcoming holidays? The Quilters have donated over 100 one-of-a-kind items that people of all ages will love.
“The Lindsay Creative Quilters’ Guild loves to participate in the auction in support of Five Counties as most of us have had children and now grandchildren and we realize that many households can use the support that Five Counties provides. It feels great to be able to help the kids with our work,” says Guild member Jennifer Currie.
Members of the Guild have helped raise funds for the children at the Centre for many years and Five Counties is happy to once again be partnered with them. The Guild continues to support the kids by creating and donating every item so all auction proceeds will be used to support kids at Five Counties.
