Police Release Photos Of Suspect Wanted In Connection With Knifepoint Robbery In Peterborough

KAWARTHA LAKES-Peterborough Police Service is releasing pictures of a suspect wanted in connection with a knifepoint robbery early Wednesday morning.

While the suspect is almost fully covered, officers are asking the public to key in on the clothing the suspect is wearing to help identify them.

At approximately 4:00am on September 29, 2021, officers were called to a gas station on Lansdowne Street East near Ashburnham Drive after an employee reported a male entered the store, threatened the clerk with a knife before fleeing with cash.  

The suspect was described to police as:

  • a white male
  • black sunglasses
  • black hooded sweater
  • dark camouflage mask
  • about 5’10 with a thin build
