Police Respond To Small Plane Crash On Lake Scugog

KAWARTHA LAKES-Durham Regional Police Marine Unit is on the scene after a small plane crashed into Lake Scugog this afternoon.

It happened near Port Perry shortly after 1pm. Police say two pilots made it out safely. The plane is upside down with the pontoons in the air. There’s no word on what caused the crash.

Transport Canada has been advised of the incident.
