KAWARTHA LAKES-Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP were called to a neighbour dispute, which resulted in numerous charges.
Police say on August 5, 2021 shortly after 11:30 pm officers were called to an address in Pontypool for a neighbour dispute. The ensuring investigation resulted in the arrest of one of the tenants.
Donald DION, 56 years of age, of Pontypool was charged with:
- Assault
- Uttering Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Adult Break and Enter Dwelling house -commit indictable offence
The accused is being held and awaiting a bail hearing scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay.
