Neighbour Dispute In Lindsay Leads To Charges

KAWARTHA LAKES-A neighbour dispute in Lindsay lead to charges for one resident.

Police say on Saturday May 29, 2021 at 10:23am the City of Kawartha Lakes Police was called to a neighbour dispute in Lindsay. Investigating officers learned that two males were engaged in a disagreement about a fencing being built. The disagreement allegedly escalated with one of the males threatening to cause damage to property.

82-year-old Anthony Lefebvre of Lindsay is charged with uttering threats to cause property damage. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on July 8, 2021.
