Kawartha Lakes Police Investigating Stabbing In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service is investigating a stabbing that occurred on April 18, 2021.

Police are appealing to witnesses to come forward after a 29-year-old male showed up at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay with stab wounds.

Police say investigators believe the incident occurred just prior to midnight in the area of Mary Street West and James St in Lindsay. Police do not think this was a random event.

This incident is being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Branch of the Kawartha Lakes Police Service. Anyone who may have information about the incident is asked to contact police at 705.324.5252.
