Lindsay Resident Charged With Uttering Threats

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 54-year-old Lindsay man is facing charges after police were called regarding an unwanted person.

Police say on March 19, 2021 at 11:50 am the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded to a Westwood Court residence regarding an unwanted person. When officers arrived and informed the unwanted party he had to leave, he became argumentative according to police. He allegedly threw a beer bottle against the wall and began yelling threats toward the homeowner and their property. 

54-year-old Kyle Henry of Lindsay was arrested and charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and uttering threats to damage property.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on May 13, 2021.
