Crack Cocaine, Heroin, Opioids, Replica Guns and Taser Seized After Two Warrants Executed In Fenelon Falls

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes OPP executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) related warrants in Fenelon Falls that resulted in the arrest of five local residents along with the seizure of cocaine and other items.

Police say on March 12, 2021 members of the OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit, assisted by the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit and Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU) executed the warrants at two separate residences in Fenelon Falls.

Sarah Blower-Hagan, 31 years of age, and Jeffrey Cordick, 50 years of age, were arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – opioid (other than heroin)
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada

Blower-Hagan is further charged with fail to comply with undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code.

At the second location one adult and two young persons were arrested and charged. Seized from this location were two replica handguns, a throwing knife and a conducted energy weapon.

A 16 year old faces 2 counts of possession of a prohibited device or ammunition and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on May 4, 2021.

A 59 year old has been charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada
  • 2 counts of possession of a prohibited device or ammunition

Also seized as a result of the warrants was 19 grams of crack cocaine and 23 grams of cocaine, having a street value of approximately $4500.00
