Councillor Pat O’Reilly Elected Deputy Mayor For A Second Term

KAWARTHA LAKES-Councillor Pat O’Reilly was voted Deputy Mayor for a second, one year  term at Tuesday’s council meeting.

O’Reilly spent the last year in the role and will continue for 2021. Councillor Ron Ashmore was also in the running this time around but was not successful.

Doug Elmslie was in the position for the 2018 term.

Deputy Mayor Pat O’Reilly has a long history of serving on Council, dating from 1988 when he was elected to the Victoria County council.
