Kinmount tornado upgraded to an EF-2 with winds up to 190km/h

KAWARTHA LAKES-Environment Canada has upgraded the tornado in Kinmount to an EF-2 after further review saying the damage was more extensive than originally thought. The maximum winds would have been 190km/h

The twister hit the small village just before 5pm on Sunday.
