KAWARTHA LAKES-A 78 year old man from Fenelon Falls is facing a number of charges after police were called on Saturday.
Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to an assault call, on Saturday July 11, 2020 shortly after 4 pm, north of Fenelon Falls.
Following an investigation, 78 year old Gerald Brennan on Fenelon Falls was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Assault with a Weapon contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC)
- Uttering Threats contrary to the CCC
- Assault a Peace Officer contrary to the CCC
- Resist Peace Officer contrary to the CCC
