70 year old woman hauls jugs of water after being “forced” to pay $16,000 for system that stopped working

KAWARTHA LAKES-After the City “forced” 11 residents in the Dunsford area to install a new water system many of them are now left without drinking water after the system broke down. That includes 70 year old Judy Parker who had to go back to work to pay the $16,000 cost for the system and is now hauling jugs of water from the neighbours. Pamela VanMeer reports.
