KAWARTHA LAKES-A 52 year old Selwyn Township man is facing impaired driving charges after Peterborough County OPP stopped a vehicle on Gannon Line at approximately 9:00pm on March 6, 2020.
52 year old Trevor McIlmoyle of Selwyn Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
- Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on April 1, 2020.
The Peterborough County OPP is reminding motorists to plan ahead when consuming alcohol. Use a designated driver, cab, public transit, or stay overnight.
