KAWARTHA LAKES-Once a month we feature interesting and unique people and places in the City of Kawartha Lakes. In July we went for a Sunday Drive with Darlene Loucks, the Founder of the local Yellow Ribbon Campaign supporting our troops overseas. The initiative came about after her good friends son was killed by an IED in Afghanistan.
