Teen charged after fire at Fenelon Falls Secondary School in May

KAWARTHA LAKES-An 18 year old has been charged after three small fires at Fenelon Falls Secondary School in May

Police say on May 30, 2019, at approximately 11:36a.m., First Responders attended at Fenelon Falls Secondary School (FFSS) after receiving a fire related call. Three small fires were quickly located in the change room area. There was no property damage as a result of the fires, nor were there any injuries.

As a result of the investigation conducted by the OPP, Connor Luff, 18 years of age, was charged with two counts of Arson, Disregard for Human Life, contrary to the Criminal Code.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on July 4, 2019.T
