Kirkfield woman wins $75,000

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Kirkfield woman won $75,000 with OLG Instant Poker.

Ellen Pompili says  “I often play INSTANT games”,  while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “I’ve only ever won small amounts until now!”

Ellen, who works in accounts payable, checked her INSTANT ticket at home when she realized she was a big winner. “I couldn’t believe it,” she smiled.

The mother of two boys says this win is amazing and incomprehensible. “I will invest it and give some to my kids,” Ellen smiled.

“And I will still play the odd INSTANT game,” the 58-year old concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at Your Independent Grocer on Beaver Avenue in Beaverton.
