KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded with Kawartha Lakes Fire Rescue Service and Kawartha Lakes Paramedic Service to William Street north in Lindsay after a cyclist was reported to have been struck by a vehicle.
Police say 11:03pm today the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service received the report of a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist. Officers attended the area and closed William Street north between Kent Street and Peel Street to investigate the collision.
The initial investigation has revealed that a vehicle travelling north on William Street struck a cyclist. The cyclist was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
