Fenelon Falls man charged with impaired driving

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Fenelon Falls man is facing impaired driving charges after being stopped by police in Pontypool.

An officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP initiated a traffic investigation shortly after 12:30 am, this morning on Highway 35 at Pontypool.

Following an investigation, the driver, David Konigshaus, 34 years of age of Fenelon Falls, was arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus) contrary to the Criminal Code.
