PETERBOROUGH-A Toronto man is facing charges following an incident at a bar on Hunter Street West in Peterborough.
Shortly before 2 a.m. on June 3, 2017 officers were sent to a Hunter Street West establishment for a report of a male who had spray painted inside the bar and washroom area. When officers arrived they say they saw the male suspect running away from the security staff. The suspect was found on the roof of a nearby building where he was placed under arrest for mischief. Police say during the arrest they found an amount of cocaine and marijuana on the accused.
49 year old William Randolph Florence of Perth Avenue, Toronto, has been charged with Mischief under $5,000, Possession of a schedule I substance (Cocaine) and Possession of pot under 30 g.
