Charges laid after incident at Lindsay housing complex

Police have laid charges in an incident at a housing complex in Lindsay.

The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service say they responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute occurring at a Durham Street housing complex on Saturday. Police say the dispute escalated to the point that a male party allegedly spat in the face of one of the other tenants.

49-year-old Britt Smith of Lindsay was charged with assault.
