Peterborough man charged with possession of crack cocaine

PETERBOROUGH-A 34-year-old Peterborough man is facing drug charges following an police investigation.

Peterborough Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Park and Romaine Streets on May 31. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and charged with drug offences according to police. Shortly after, officers conducted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Spillsbury Drive address.

During the investigation the accused was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine, a large quantity of cash and drug paraphernalia including digital scales.

 34 year old Stephan D. Graham of Spillsbury Drive, was arrested and charged with the following:

 

·         Possession of s schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)

·         Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
