Cable Cable up for national award

Cable Cable needs your vote after being shortlisted for a national award.

The company has offices between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls but serves much of Kawartha Lakes. They are one of four companies battling it out for the Best Customer Service Story Award through the Tuned-In Canada Awards. The awards are designed to spotlight the great work done by local providers of television and communications services in Canada and are sponsored by the Canadian Cable Systems Alliance.

Cable Cable was nominated after employee Jeff Armstrong was recognized by a customer for going above and beyond. The customer told how she had just lost my husband and the cable to my upstairs TV had gone down. I called and Jeff came to my home. He plowed through snow to install a new line leading upstairs. I retire early and was lost without the TV for relaxing.

The winner will have $1000 donated the charity of their choice. The voting closes on May 4th at midnight.
